  Our Mission  


House Rules and Policies

1. Alcohol and drug use will not be tolerated. This also includes medication not conforming to prescription. Random drug and alcohol testing may be imposed. All residents agree to living clean and sober.

2. All residents will treat each other respectfully. Acts of violence and/or threats will not be tolerated.

3. Do not touch anything that does not belong to you. Theft of any form will not be tolerated.

4. No sex play, sexual gestures, or any form of harassment. There are no overnight guests allowed.

5. No smoking will be allowed inside the home.

6. All residents are required to participate in an active program of recovery.

7. Mandatory attendance at all house meetings. The only exception is work.

8. Residents will be assigned house chores and will be responsible for performing them accordingly. Cleaning after one’s self and keeping residents’ personal area neat and clean is mandatory before leaving house.

9. Residents are not to be involved in any illegal activities.

10. Residents are allowed overnights at resident manager’s discretion. Please give resident manager reasonable notice before overnights.

11. No food or drinks are allowed in the rooms.

12. House phone calls will be limited to 15 minutes. No long distance, 411, or *69 calls will be allowed.

13. All fees are due on the 1st of each month and become delinquent on the 5th of each month. A Late fee of $25 will be assessed to your balance on the 6th of the month. Residents will be exited from property for not paying their rent or making arrangements.

14. Refunds will be issued only when a written 2-week notice is submitted to resident manager. No refund will be given to residents who violate the drug and alcohol policy, assault another resident, or are caught stealing.

15. No pets are allowed without the consent of the resident manager.

16. Residents are responsible for all property damage or outstanding debts incurred. All damages must be reported to the resident manager immediately.

17. Rooms will be randomly checked to insure a safe environment. TIEWIRE Transitional Living promotes a safe recovery atmosphere free of alcohol, drugs, weapons, and paraphernalia.

18. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times, especially before 9am and after 10pm. Common courtesy and respect for your peers above all.

19. If a resident is exited or directed to leave the property (due to a rule violation or vacates voluntarily) they will have 30 days to recover all property. Property beyond 30 days will be forfeited.

20. Violation of the above rules and policies will result in immediate eviction from the housing unit. The necessary agencies will be notified of any illegal activities.

21. I fully understand all fees, expectations, rights, and responsibilities.

22. I fully understand that TIEWIRE Transitional Living is a drug and alcohol free-shared housing unit.
